The Office of Nepal Trust has decided to launch educational, academic and health activities under its programme as it already had forwarded a proposal to build suite for the VIP foreign guests visiting Nepal.
The 40th meeting of Board of Directors held under the chairmanship of the Trust chair and Deputy Prime Minister Bhim Rawal today decided it, said Bhim Upadhyay secretary at the office.
He shared that the Trust would invest its 50 percentage income in the aforementioned sectors. Such ultra-modern 125 buildings will be constructed with Nepali cultural and traditional style and will be built in the land owned by the Trust.
The meeting had already endorsed various agendas such as leasing the Trust owned lands and buildings and building 25 suits for VIP guests among others. The meeting also endorsed its operational procedure.
It is noted that the Trust so far has assumed the ownership of a total of 25,600 ropani of land previously owned by former kings and his family members.
