PABSON condemns arson on school bus

Kathmandu, July 21: The Private and Boarding Schools Organisation of Nepal (PABSON) has condemned arson on a school bus Friday morning.

An unidentified gang stopped the bus carrying students of Lalitpur-based Ideal Model School and sprinkled petrol over it and set it on fire.

At a press meet here today, the PABSON said such attack intended to fulfill petty interests could not be tolerated and was abhorred.

A group claiming themselves the cadres of the sister organization of the CPN (Maoist Centre) carried out the fire attack on the school bus, PABSON Chair Laxya Bahadur KC said. The PABSON has demanded stern action against the guilty and compensation to the victims.
