I along with a group of friends tried to conduct activities that actually government should, but the government did not extend help. So, we donated 28 ropani of land to the Centre, and are now raising funds for the operation of the Centrte," he shared the plight about how the governments ignore people's initiative for change.
A Magsaysay laureate, Pun further said the government was demanded 10 MW of electricity for the Centre. According to him, the Centre would seek contributions not only from the highly educated and skilled but also those with semi skills and labours.
