Pokhara, Aug 30: In a noble gesture, a Nepali person involved in foreign employment business provided some computers and cash support to three different schools in Syangja and Kaski district.
Padamraj Poudel distributed six sets of computer to Aananda Jyoti Higher Secondary School at Beganas, Lekhanath Municipality-10 in Kaski and one set of computer along with a printer and Rs 50,000 to Jyoti Primary School situated at the same locality amid a programme held in Pokhara on Monday.
Similarly, Janata Higher Secondary School at Thula Dihi-8 in Syangja received two sets of computer.
Entrepreneur Poudel said he distributed the computers to various schools in two districts so as to help the students in rural areas build a bright future. "I have distributed computers to the schools so that the students can come under the ambit of technology in the era of information and technology."
Likewise, Aananda Jyoti School Management Committee Chairperson Bishnu Bahadur Budhathoki expressed his confidence that the aid received will be best utilized.
