Pokhara, Jan 2: A three-day 'Extensive Educational Fair' is being held in Pokhara next week with an aim to inform students on the subjects for further pursuit of studies and the educational institutes in the country and abroad.
Education Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN) – Kaski on Sunday held a press meet during which Coordinator Ramesh Kumar Thapa related that the students will be given cost-free consultancy on the prospective colleges, universities, scholarships, concessions, facilities and the quality of education.
He added that the fourth educational fair being held in Pokhara will be participated by official representatives of the campuses and universities from the US, the UK and New Zealand.
There will be more than 50 stalls of various consultancies which will provide consultations on admission processes, visa policies along with opportunities and challenges when taking up studies abroad.
Around 30,000 students are expected to benefit from the Educational Fair to start on January 11.
